How to request account deletion
- Open the Database app and sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Enter your current password, review the warning, and confirm your decision.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account will permanently remove your business data, client records, appointment history, and settings, subject to the retention, backup, legal-preservation, and provider-lifecycle limits described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Terms.
Before deleting your account
- Export any business information you need to keep.
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately to avoid further charges. Deleting your Database account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
